Under 1 kg (0kg - 1kg): £5.00

Standard shipping, this also incl. all shipments of boerewors (1kg - 20kg): £7.50

Please understand that we are working hard to process and ship your orders as soon as they are received.

Fresh Orders.

If you place an order for "Fresh" products. ie; Boerewors, burgers we process the order at our butchery to get the product as fresh as possible. Our fresh products are delivered Monday - Friday. Our fresh products are packed with specially designed ice packs and bubble wrap to ensure they remain fresh until they are delivered to your door. Please understand that we make every effort to get fresh to you as fresh as possible. 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If an order containing fresh meat (boerewors, Burgers etc.) is placed after 1pm on a Thursday it will be processed and dispatched the following week.

All of our deliveries are shipped with APC on an overnight delivery service (unless otherwise specified). You should receive your parcel within 24 hours after the parcel has been dispatched and not 48 hours from when the order is placed. Working hours are from Monday to Friday. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday collections by contacting us on 079 0522 6426.

Parcels are usually delivered between 8 am - 6 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time. The customer will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the parcel once the courier company collects the parcel from our warehouse.

All orders placed on our website need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 at the specified delivery address. If no one is at home, the parcel will be sent back to the depot. Please only place an order if you (or a friend/family member) are going to be available to sign for the parcel.

Once a parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been "Fulfilled" and "Dispatched". You will then receive a message (Text or Email) from APC. If you have queries regarding your delivery, please contact APC.

Please note, APC cannot guarantee your delivery arriving within 48 hours from time of dispatch during the lockdown. 

We, together with APC are trying hard to get your parcel to you on time.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday and busy times of the year (this includes bank holiday weekends), please order early and well in advance. Please also be aware that we experience a high volume of orders daily and special arrangements are not always possible.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
