Venison Biltong is naturally low in fat, high in protein and delicious. It has a denser texture than beef biltong and a subtle meaty flavour that derives from the wild grasses, leaves and herbs that make the UK so green.

Venison is the greatest wild meat the UK has to offer. We have six species of deer. Red, Sika, Fallow, Roe, Chinese Water Deer and Muntjac. The majority of our venison comes from ethically managed herds of Fallow deer that roam these lush landscapes. All our Venison are fully traceable back to the source.
