Prime “Aberdeen Angus” Beef Boerie Burgers!!!

Boerie Burgers is a Traditional spiced South African Farmers Sausage turned into a Burger. A subtle blend of herbs and spices which when added to coarsely minced beef and pork give our Boerie Burgers the best South African taste around. Boerie Burgers are Great for a BRAAI (BBQ) as we know it here in the UK.  Our traditional recipe goes back many years and our customers LOVE the product.

Boerie Burgers are very versatile – you can either BRAAI (BBQ) it, grill it or fry it. It is delicious on a bun with added onions, tomatoes, lettuce, burger relish, ketchup and mustard. We recommend cooking them from frozen to stop them from falling apart as we do not use any artificial binders or breadcrumbs in our burgers. 

Our Burgers are (Approx.) 4 x 125 – 135g burgers.  Packs are frozen, vacuum packaged and sent by next day courier. It can be picked up by prior arrangement.

For obvious reasons Boerie Burgers are non-returnable.

Beef (70%) and Pork (26%) 

Worcester sauce (Barley,Fish), Cider Vinegar, Maize Starch,

Spice mix, Coriander, salt, Acidity Regulator. Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium

          Glutamate, Dextrose, Water, Cereal [Wheat Flour (Gluten – Triticum aestivum)]. 

Preservative : Sulphur Dioxide, Sodium Sulphite.

May Contain Traces of: Wheat Gluten, Celery, Cow’s Milk, Soybean, Mustard and Egg,

not suitable for persons with allergies to the above.

Store below -18 °C. Cook thoroughly prior to consumption.

For best results do not prick skin or overcook.
